We also offer Detailed Estimates for our investors who already own their properties at a low cost. Detailed Estimates are $200.00 and are fully refunded if you sign a contract with us. We no longer offer Free Estimates on properties already owned due to the rising cost of fuel, so we are making this service fully refundable upon the signing of a contract with us.
